About Vision Enterprises
A production house built around a single audience — the departments of the Government of Bihar, and the citizens they need to reach.

Vision Enterprises was founded to solve a specific problem: government schemes were being written well and communicated badly. A scheme that a citizen cannot understand is a scheme that does not reach them.
Since then the company has worked almost exclusively with government departments, learning the conventions that a private-sector agency never encounters — procurement timelines, tender documentation, departmental approval chains, and the language a scheme must be described in to be understood in a village and defended in a file.

To carry government schemes to the citizens they were written for, in the language those citizens actually speak.
