These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any project we may carry out for you — that is governed by the separate agreement or work order for that project.
1. Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2. Permitted use
You may read this website, and download the documents offered in the download centre, for the purpose of evaluating Vision Enterprises as a service provider — including for internal circulation within a government department considering commissioning us.
3. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce or republish the films, photographs, design work or written content of this website for commercial purposes without written permission
- Present the work shown here as your own, or as that of another agency
- Use the website in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with its operation or with another visitor's use of it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or any connected service
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content from the website
- Submit false information through the enquiry form, or use it to send unsolicited material
4. Intellectual property
This website
The design, layout, written content and code of this website belong to Vision Enterprises, except for third-party components used under licence.
Film and photographic work
Copyright in commissioned films, photographs and design work rests with the department that commissioned it, except where the contract for that project states otherwise. Such work is shown on this website as a record of work carried out.
Government marks
Department names, logos and emblems remain the property of their respective owners. See the disclaimer for the basis on which they appear here.
5. An enquiry creates no contract
Submitting the enquiry form is an expression of interest only. It does not create a contract, does not oblige us to accept the work, and does not oblige you to commission it. A quotation issued in response is an invitation to proceed, not a binding agreement. Work begins only on a signed agreement or a formal work order.
6. Availability
We aim to keep this website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a failure at our hosting provider or elsewhere on the internet.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vision Enterprises is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website — including indirect or consequential loss such as loss of business, tenders or revenue.
8. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date, and applies from that date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Failing resolution, the courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
