This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It applies to visitors of this website only. It does not cover information you send us by email or share with us during a project, which is governed by the agreement for that project.
1. Who we are
Vision Enterprises is a private media production company based in Patna, Bihar. We are not a government body. For any question about this policy, write to the address in section 9.
2. What we collect
Through the enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form on the contact page, we receive the information you typed into it:
- Your name
- Your organisation or department
- Your email address and phone number
- The department, service type, budget range and deadline you selected, where you chose to provide them
- The project brief you wrote
Nothing else is captured from the form, and nothing is inferred from it.
Through analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. This records technical information such as approximate location by city, device type, browser and the pages visited. It is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.
Through cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, and YouTube may set cookies if you play an embedded video. The Hindi / English toggle keeps your choice in memory for the current visit only, and stores nothing in your browser.
3. How we use it
Enquiry form information is used for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if it proceeds, to prepare a quotation. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing to you. Analytics information is used only to improve this website.
4. Where it goes
This is a static website. It has no database and no admin panel, and it stores no enquiry records. When you submit the form, the information is passed to a third-party form-handling service which delivers it to our email inbox and does not retain it beyond that delivery. From that point it lives in our email, nowhere on this website.
5. Third-party services
The following third parties may receive information when you use this website. Each has its own privacy policy, which governs what it does with that information:
- The form-handling service, which delivers enquiry submissions to our inbox
- Google Analytics, for visit statistics
- Google Maps, if the office map loads on the contact page
- YouTube, if you play an embedded portfolio video
- Our hosting provider, which records standard server logs
6. Security
The entire website is served over HTTPS. Because there is no database, no login and no server application, there is no stored pool of visitor data on this website to be breached. Information in our email inbox is protected by our own account security.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as the enquiry may reasonably lead to work, and thereafter for the period required by our tax and statutory record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete the information we hold about you
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
Write to the address in section 9 and we will respond within a reasonable period.

10. Changes to this policy
